Therapy for the Queer Community
Trauma-Informed, Neurodivergent Focused
My clients are women, trans, and non-binary folks ages 25-40 who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, AuDHD, cPTSD, etc). I love to work with the LGBTQIA community, and welcome folks of all genders to reach out to me. Many of my clients are in the process of learning about their neurodivergence for the first time, and are looking at their lives from a entirely new perspective now. Many of my clients self-identify as fat and are working towards body acceptance.

Something Different
When we work together, I expect a little chaos. My goal is to let you show up authentically, by showing up authentically myself. Get two neurodivergent people ‘in a room’ and it may not look like your traditional therapy session. We’ll laugh, we might get sidetracked, and then we’ll talk about what comes up in your daily life and how to deal with it in a way that feels right for YOU.

The Goal
Each client has different goals when they come to therapy. Some people want to process their experiences with a trauma-informed therapist. Some want to improve their friendships and relationships, or understand why their mind works the way that it does. We will work to strengthen the skills you already have and explore areas of growth and discomfort to improve your overall quality of life. Whether you need to build skills, coping strategies, or strengthen your boundaries, I will provide witness and support along the way.

Our Work
We are all works in progress. The work we do will consist of addressing challenges and celebrations in your current life, while exploring patterns and experiences that have brought you to where you are. Some days we may be crafting a response to a rude family member, making to-do lists, or talking about what happened over the weekend. Some days may be ‘heavy’ with emotion, while others are just about making the day to day better.
